Sustainable entrepreneurship has emerged as a transformative business approach that integrates economic growth, environmental protection, and social responsibility. In the contemporary global economy, businesses are increasingly expected to generate profits while simultaneously addressing social and environmental challenges. Sustainable entrepreneurship focuses on creating long-term value by balancing financial objectives with ethical responsibilities and sustainable development goals. This research paper examines the concept of sustainable entrepreneurship and its role in balancing profitability with social responsibility. The study explores the relationship between sustainability practices, organizational performance, stakeholder engagement, and social impact. A qualitative research methodology based on secondary data analysis and literature review has been adopted. The findings reveal that sustainable entrepreneurship enhances organizational reputation, customer loyalty, innovation, and long-term profitability while contributing positively to society and the environment. However, challenges such as financial constraints, lack of awareness, regulatory barriers, and market competition continue to affect the adoption of sustainable business models. The study concludes that sustainable entrepreneurship is essential for achieving inclusive economic growth and sustainable development. Organizations must adopt environmentally responsible strategies, stakeholder-oriented practices, and socially innovative business models to maintain competitiveness and societal trust
